The Role:
We’re looking for a high-impact Business Development Representative Manager to lead and scale our global BDR team at CommerceIQ. You’ll manage a growing team of reps across the U.S., UK, and India, coaching them to hit pipeline goals while driving alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.

You know how to lead with data, dissect intent signals, and refine messaging that converts. Location/Travel:
- This is a hybrid role based in Mountain View, CA with 3 days/week in-office expected.
- Up to 25% travel may be required for team meetings, enablement, and events.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and coach a global team of BDRs (currently 4–5 reps across the U.S., UK, and India)
- Own outbound strategy and campaign execution to drive net-new pipeline across enterprise and strategic accounts
- Partner with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to develop and refine account-based playbooks
- Create reporting frameworks to track funnel analytics, conversion rates, and intent signals—turning insights into action
- Lead BDR onboarding, enablement, and professional development programming
- Drive testing across subject lines, outreach copy, sequences, and persona targeting to increase performance
- Partner with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality, messaging alignment, and campaign performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Operations to evolve our Salesforce and Outreach workflows
- Continuously raise the bar on prospecting quality, messaging strategy, and team accountability
What You'll Bring:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 2+ years managing BDR/SDR teams
- Strong track record of building and scaling high-performing outbound programs in enterprise sales environments
- Fluency in funnel metrics, pipeline attribution, and outreach experimentation
- Experience working with Salesforce, Outreach, and intent data platforms like 6sense or ZoomInfo
- Deep knowledge of the e-commerce, martech, CDP, or adtech landscape is a strong plus
- Strong collaboration skills—you know how to bring Marketing, Sales, and Ops together around a shared GTM strategy
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
- Ability to "dive deep" and bring insights to the surface that drive scalable outcomes
Benefits & Perks:
The typical base pay range for this role across the US is USD: $79,000 - $109,000 per year.
This base pay range may be inclusive of several career levels at CommerceIQ and will be narrowed based on a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
