We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to help deepen our consumer insights and champion our product efforts towards product regionalisation across the South Asia, Middle East, and Africa (SAMEA) region.
This pivotal role requires a blend of strategic thinking, execution leadership, collaborative thinking and a strong ability to leverage data and insights to deliver success in diverse and high-potential markets. You will be instrumental in shaping our product and business strategy across the region. Your responsibilities will cover three key areas - Consumer insights, Regionalisation of the Product, and on-platform marketing strategy.
This role will report into the Head of Strategy and Operations - SAMEA.

What You'll Do- Defining and shaping the regional insights roadmap, ensuring a deep understanding of user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes
- Identifying insight needs and gaps across markets, and support markets in their insights requirements
- Managing and analyzing data from research and regular pulse tracker, to continuously monitor key business growth metrics and product performance across SAMEA
- Guiding the synthesis of research findings from various sources into clear, concise, and strategic insights that inform product decisions and regional strategy
- Developing compelling business cases for the development of product features or offerings specifically tailored for the SAMEA region
- Spearheading the planning, execution, and successful rollout of new product features and updates across all markets within SAMEA
- Championing the needs of the SAMEA markets by effectively lobbying with global R&D teams for product localisation and adaptation
- Serving as the primary point of contact and custodian for all product-related inquiries and requirements originating from the SAMEA region
- Defining and shaping the on-product engagement strategy for the SAMEA region to drive engagement and feature adoption
- Work in close collaboration with Marketing, Music and Premium teams across subregions of South Asia, Middle East and Africa.
Who You Are- You have 7+ years of work experienceYou possess product management, marketing, and/or consulting experience, with demonstrable success in your role
- You are skilled at leveraging data and insights to inform product strategy and decision-making, and have high degree of comfort with using AI
- You are an exceptional communicator and influencer, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders across different cultures
- You are results-oriented and have a track record of driving growth and impact through product initiatives
- You have a natural interest and passion for music, culture, and understanding consumers
Where You'll Be- This role is based in Mumbai
