Are you passionate about the creator world and excited to help shape the future of video and audio on Spotify? We’re looking for a Creator Partner Manager to build strong relationships with both up-and-coming and established creators across the Nordics – with a strong focus on video.
You’ll be part of our Nordic podcast team and play a key role in helping creators grow, reach new audiences, and earn from their content – with Spotify as a key platform for distribution and creator tools.

What You'll Do- Develop and lead strategies to engage local video creators and show them why Spotify is the best place to build their brand
- Help discover and support new podcast voices by building strong networks and partnerships
- Work closely with creators and their teams to get them set up on Spotify and make the most of our tools
- Collaborate with teams across Spotify – including business development, marketing, analytics, operations and more – to bring extra value to creators
- Plan and support creator events, masterclasses and training sessions across the region
- Be an expert on Spotify’s creator and monetization tools – and know how to match the right features to each creator’s goals
Who You Are- You have experience working with video creators – whether on a platform, in creator management, or within the broader content industry.
- You’re great at building relationships and developing partnerships at scale
- You know how to turn insights and data into action.
- You understand the global creator space – and the unique opportunities and challenges for creators in the Nordic market
- A go-getter who can make things happen, is comfortable taking the initiative and leading through influence
- You’re comfortable working with a range of internal and external stakeholders and can build trust across the board
- You’re a natural collaborator and enjoy working cross-functionally at all levels of the organisation and industry to make things happen.
- You’re a passionate explorer of digital culture, with a love for creators and content across platforms, podcasts, video, and everything in between.
Where You'll Be- This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden
- We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in-person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home.
