Spotify is seeking a Source to Procure Analyst to join our Global Procure-to-Pay (P2P) team. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with a passion for procurement, operations, and systems, who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
You’ll work closely with colleagues in Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Sourcing, and IT, while playing a key role in supporting global purchasing processes, maintaining supplier master data, ensuring compliance, and optimizing Spotifiers' engagement with procurement tools and processes.

What You'll Do- Support daily operations for supplier onboarding, requisition management, and purchase order creation.
- Maintain data accuracy within procurement and supplier systems (e.g., Coupa and Graphite), ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Serve as a first-line support resource for internal partners using procurement tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, Sourcing, IT, and Tax, to help streamline the source-to-procure process.
- Participate in training initiatives, helping users adopt procurement systems and follow best practices.
- Contribute to internal documentation and support materials to promote efficient and compliant procurement activities.
- Assist with compliance and audit support, including SOX control evidence preparation.
- Help identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and automation.
- Support ongoing systems improvements in partnership with our Financial Engineering team.
Who You Are- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1–2+ years of experience in procurement operations, sourcing, finance operations, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with eProcurement tools — experience with Coupa and/or Graphite is a plus.
- Meticulous with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Effective communicator with a customer-service approach.
- Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Eager to learn, grow, and build foundational experience in a global organization.
- Understanding of basic procurement, vendor onboarding, and compliance principles.
- Prior exposure to financial systems or working with outsourced partners is a plus.
Where You'll Be- This role is based in our Stockholm Office.
- Your working hours will align with the Central European Summer Time (CEST) zone in Stockholm, with an expectation to maintain effective collaboration with your manager, who is based in New York City
