As a Workday Technical Lead within our People & Finance Systems team, you will be at the center of optimizing and evolving our Workday platform. Collaborating with HR, Finance, IS, and IT, you will ensure the successful delivery of strategic projects - on time, on budget, and with measurable results.

As our Technical Lead Workday, you will:
Lead security administration and ensures system and data protection across environments.
Manage tenant administration, maintaining secure and efficient environments.
Drive system upkeep and manage technical debt, addressing legacy issues to ensure long-term system stability.
Act as integration lead, ensuring seamless connectivity with Coveo’s other systems and driving cross-system alignment.
Manage deployments, delivering updates and new features while proactively monitoring and resolving performance issues.
Provide day-to-day support, conducts advanced system configuration, builds reports, ensures data integrity, and collaborates on architecture and solution design to drive scalability and innovation.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
5+ years of experience working with enterprise cloud applications for human capital management (HCM), financial management, and enterprise resource planning (ERP).
Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken to collaborate with our international teams.
A track record of leading technical initiatives or owning key system components in an HR or tech environment.
Certification or hands-on experience in project management, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives independently.

Hands-on experience with Workday.
Experience supporting HR teams from a systems or technical perspective, with a customer-first mindset.
Experience contributing to a full HRIS implementation involving multiple modules (HR, Finance, etc.) or a multi-system ecosystem.
A results-driven approach, with a proven ability to prioritize and deliver on key objectives.
Bilingualism (French/English).
