Job Description:
We’re looking for a Content and Campaign Marketing Manager to join our international insurance solutions marketing team. This is a hands-on role for an experienced B2B marketer with a passion for content, reporting to the Marketing Director, Insurance Solutions.
You’ll lead content development and campaign delivery for the UK and international markets, working as part of a collaborative, down-to-earth team that values integrity, initiative, and a good sense of humour.
Job Description:
- Craft clear, engaging copy across channels such as articles, interviews, web pages, digital ads, print materials
- Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns to support business growth and product awareness
- Write and maintain high-quality marketing assets like customer stories, flyers, white papers, blog posts, and video scripts
- Collaborate with designers, subject matter experts, and regional teams to create compelling assets
- Support event-related marketing, ensuring content is targeted and campaign messaging aligned
- Monitor performance and use insights to improve content and campaign effectiveness
Job Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of B2B marketing experience with a strong emphasis on content creation and campaign management
- A sharp eye for storytelling, with the ability to turn complex topics into clear, engaging content
- Strong writing and editing skills across a range of formats and channels including proofreading, grammar, and attention to tone and voice
- Proven experience planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Experience in developing campaign content hands-on—from concept to final copy
- Understanding of how to measure content effectiveness and optimise based on insights
- A self-starter mindset, with curiosity and drive to improve how we communicate
- Experience in a tech or software environment is a plus
