About the Partnerships Team
The Partnerships Team at hyperexponential operates at the intersection of commercial growth and strategic collaboration. We build and scale impactful relationships with technology and consulting partners to accelerate revenue, expand customer value, and strengthen our ecosystem. Our partnerships support every stage of the customer journey, from pre-sales influence to post-sale enablement, and are a key lever in how we go to market and deliver value.
Your Impact
As Senior Partnerships Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and scaling the partnerships function at hyperexponential.
You’ll be responsible for managing key partner relationships, sourcing and developing new ones, and embedding partnerships across the commercial and delivery lifecycle. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring close collaboration with sales, customer, consulting, and product teams to ensure our partnerships contribute directly to business outcomes.
You’ll help define what great partner engagement looks like at hyperexponential, while growing your own influence in a high-impact, strategically important team.
Strategic Relationship Management & Growth
Own and manage key partner relationships aligned with business goals for long-term value.
Strong negotiation and influence skills to navigate complex agreements.
Identify growth opportunities and drive new revenue streams within partnerships.
Clearly communicate our value proposition, solutions, and industry impact to partners.
Industry & Business Development Expertise
Deep understanding of the industry and partner ecosystem.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and business development skills.
Ability to identify, qualify, and engage high-value strategic partners.
Data-driven mindset, tracking key metrics and KPIs to optimize performance.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment
Work with Sales, Solutions, Marketing, and Customer teams to align partnership activities.
Resolve conflicts and ensure smooth operations within partnerships.
Clearly communicate the vision of the partnerships team internally and externally.
Execution & Performance Management
Build and execute Joint Business Plans, including account mapping, marketing, and certification.
Identify champions within partner accounts with the Partnerships Director.
Drive partner-led pipeline growth with sales and marketing teams.
Collaborate on joint marketing campaigns, events, and enablement programs.
Ensure effective partner training, accreditation, and certification implementation.
Operational Excellence & Data-Driven Decision Making
Utilize SFDC, Gong and HubSpot to manage partner activities.
Maintain SFDC accuracy, record NBMs, tag partners, and track insights.
Leverage AI for operation efficiency gains.
Prioritise structured time management to focus on high-impact initiatives.
Communication, Feedback & Continuous Improvement
Apply the 5Cs in communication: Clear, Concise, Credible, Champion-Centric, Character.
Provide regular feedback to leadership, offering solutions for improvement.
Take ownership of partnership plans, removing blockers and coordinating efforts.
Ensure deal transparency to avoid last-minute surprises and misalignment.
Use Lattice for structured feedback and enhanced team collaboration.
What you'll bring?
A strong track record of building and growing strategic B2B partnerships in SaaS, technology, or similar industries
Confidence navigating complex partner ecosystems, with experience in co-selling, joint GTM planning, and commercial negotiations
Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes, whether through new revenue streams, co-marketing initiatives, or operational improvements
A technical and data driven mindset, this role should be using AI at every opportunity and be comfortable working with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, or similar platforms to track and optimise partner engagement
Able to influence senior stakeholders, communicate clearly, and build lasting relationships across functions
Curious, commercially minded, and proactive, you spot opportunities and take ownership from start to finish
