Job Title: Personal Assistant
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO. This role requires someone who can seamlessly manage a mix of professional and personal tasks, ensuring the CEO’s time is optimized and daily operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day coordination between CEO’s office and other stakeholders
- Ensure timely follow-ups, scheduling, and communication across teams
- Handle personal and professional tasks with confidentiality and efficiency
- Be available beyond regular working hours and on weekends as needed
- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and meetings
- Handle communication on behalf of the CEO – emails, calls, and follow-ups
- Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders as required
- Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and logistics
- Act as the point of contact between the CEO’s home and office for various needs
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a PA/EA or in a similar coordination role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
- High level of discretion, reliability, and ownership
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and after-hours when needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools
