Sr. Director, Global Alliance Manger, Accenture – This critical role will report to the Sr Director for all GSIs and play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through our strategic relationship with Accenture. This role will lead one of our most critical GSIs, focusing on strategic growth, governance, and innovation. With the support of the Global Partnerships & Alliances team. This role will collaborate with internal teams and Accenture to elevate the Accenture partnership to new heights, unlocking transformative opportunities and delivering a measurable, sustainable impact across the business.
This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy and supporting adoption. This leader will identify, negotiate, and manage relationships across Accenture globally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building successful partner ecosystems and alliance programs within global professional services or technology industries and ideally a track record with Accenture.
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a robust partnership with Accenture aligned with overall business goals, objectives, and vision.
- Identify, prioritize, and pursue potential opportunities.
Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key Accenture stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Accenture/Genesys partnership and all related activities and manage day-to-today interactions
Business Development:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and leverage partnership opportunities to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of Accenture opportunities, conducting market research, competitor analysis, and due diligence to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Develop joint marketing and sales initiatives with partners to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Work closely the Genesys regional partner teams to drive new business with Accenture in a consistent manner across the globe.
Negotiation and Agreements:
Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and alignment with company objectives.
- Manage the full lifecycle of Accenture partnerships from initial outreach through execution of partnership agreements, launch, and ongoing governance to ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms.
Performance Monitoring:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnership initiatives. Including rules of engagement and success metrics.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and insights to the executive team.
Collaboration and Leadership:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, legal, and customer success, to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the partnerships team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Compensation:
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
$160,300.00 - $297,700.00
