Product Lead (GEO)

Responsibilities

Define and drive the Geo product strategy across both passenger and driver experiences, aligned with overall company goals
Lead and grow a team of product managers and analysts focused on geo-related systems and features
Partner with engineering, product, and marketplace teams to improve key metrics such as pickup time, location accuracy, conversion, and reliability
Own the quality and performance of map data, location intelligence, and address resolution infrastructure
Use data, market insights, and user research to prioritize initiatives and inform product decisions

Qualifications

Proven experience in product leadership, ideally in logistics, mobility, mapping, or other geo-intensive domains
Strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience working with or managing analytics functions
Familiarity with geospatial technologies, routing engines, and address database systems is a strong plus
Demonstrated ability to ship impactful features and lead cross-functional initiatives
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
