Your Role
Dialpad is searching for a Sr. Web Producer in our marketing organization. This highly visible and impactful role will be responsible for driving web content excellence and operational efficiency for our marketing website, in support of inbound demand and revenue growth.
Reporting into the Sr. Manager, Web Development, the Sr. Web Producer will lead Web Production at Dialpad, and act as a key partner to marketing program owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, to deliver a highly performant and best-in-class web experience. This role is about 50% hands-on web production and 50% project management.
The ideal candidate is passionate about building efficient web processes and workflows, has a growth mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, can manage multiple projects and internal stakeholders, and understands the strategic big picture to bring the right tactics together.
What you’ll do
- Lead cross-functional content production, quality, and delivery while optimizing processes and technology
- Architect web content production strategies and workflows aligned with marketing goals
- Manage end-to-end content publication, from resource planning to QA
- Hands-on management of day-to-day website updates in our CMS, personally executing time-sensitive content changes and production tasks during core business hours while overseeing broader team operations
- Set standards and best practices for web content production and CMS management
- Lead digital asset management and content lifecycle strategies
- Drive internationalization and localization initiatives
- Perform daily triage of incoming web/marketing tickets, assessing priority and routing to appropriate teams based on urgency and scope
- Partner with Web Development on agile project management to refine ticket requirements, estimate effort, and maintain a well-organized backlog aligned with sprint capacity
- Manage web production budgets and resource planning
- Collaborate with Marketing Ops on supporting Dialpad’s demand generation tech stack, such as integrations between web stack and marketing systems
- Use analytics to optimize processes and content performance
Skills You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of experience managing web production and content operations.
- Experience in content management systems, project management tools, and production workflows.
- Experience with ticket and backlog grooming, agile methodologies, and workflow optimization.
- Experience managing and developing teams, with a proven track record of scaling content operations efficiently.
- Expertise in cross-functional project management and leadership.
- Expertise in marketing analytics and technical tools related to web production.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in the Contact Center industry or an AI-focused company.
- Experience with Contentful CMS and a headless CMS stack.
- Experience with Jira.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization, A/B/N testing, and personalization.
