Role Overview:
- The Corporate Strategy team focuses on:
- M&A: Mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, investments, and strategic partnerships
- Strategic Finance: Long-range financial forecast, capital structure planning, cash flow analysis, and balance sheet management
- Portfolio Work: Partnering with business units with their top strategic priorities
- Miscellaneous: High priority cross-functional strategic initiatives and additional value creation projects
- We are looking for an Analyst / Senior Analyst to primarily support the Strategic Finance activities mentioned above with the opportunity to spend time contributing and learning about other areas of the team’s scope
- As a core part of the team, you will actively participate in supporting and executing against the long-term strategic direction of the broader organization
- You will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams (finance and accounting, legal, operations, product, HR, etc.) as well as company leadership
Responsibilities:
- A qualified candidate should have existing experience in some (or all) of the following areas of responsibility, and will have the opportunity to increase their exposure and expertise in the areas below that are net new:
- Long-Range Financial Forecast: Develop and maintain multi-year financial models to support strategic planning and business decision-making
- Capital Structure Planning: Analyze and optimize the company’s capital structure to support growth while minimizing cost of capital
- Cash Flow Analysis: Monitor, evaluate, and forecast cash flows to ensure liquidity and support operational and investment activities
- Balance Sheet Management: Assess and manage balance sheet components to ensure financial health, risk mitigation, and alignment with strategic goals
Qualifications:
- Education: A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree (e.g., Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting)
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and building three-statement financial models
- Experience: Exposure to financial planning and accounting
- Typical backgrounds include accounting financial / transaction advisory, finance and accounting, investment banking, consulting
Looking for 1+ years of total work experience, with an ability to craft the right position and scope for the new hire
Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance.
NY generally ranges: $90,523-$135,785
CA generally ranges: $94,459-$141,689
All other locations fall under our General State range: $78,716-$118,074
