Your Role
You will play a crucial role in ensuring that programs are executed and delivered effectively and efficiently, working closely with our Product Marketers and facilitating cross-functional collaboration with the broader Marketing, Product, Design, Engineering, Revenue, and Support teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and bring program management expertise to handle complex projects with cross-functional dependencies.
What You'll Do
- GTM Program Management: Drive product launch readiness across workstreams (Marketing, EPD, Enablement, Comms, Sales).
- Lead and coordinate efforts to ensure alignment on project milestones, timelines, and success metrics across diverse teams, including product, design, and engineering.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication both inside and outside the Product Marketing organization.
- Own planning calendars, stand-ups, track work delivery, and post-launch retros.
- Strategic Ops: Support PMMs in building frameworks and cadence for internal partner workstreams. Build and manage OKR tracking, cross-functional dashboards, and initiative tracking to ensure visibility and alignment across the organization.
- Analyst Relations Support: Partner with PMM leads to prepare briefings, coordinate submissions (e.g., Gartner MQ, Forrester Wave), and keep our competitive POV crisp and consistent.
- GTM Frameworks & Business Strategy: Own and evolve internal resources like the GTM launch playbook, PMM planning templates, and our SSOT (single source of truth) docs.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to involve the right people at the right time, delivering targeted and timely results.
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current systems and processes; identify and implement creative solutions.
- Research, benchmark, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to make informed recommendations.
- Effectively lead meetings, facilitate discussions, and deliver compelling presentations to leadership and individuals of varying levels.
Skills you’ll bring
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles in project management, ideally in tech or SaaS.
- A strong track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives end to end.
- A structured thinker and clear communicator who brings calm to chaos.
- A bias toward action—you're a doer, not just a documenter.
- Experience translating product strategies into program/project plans; including scope and dependency management, stakeholder management, deliverables (KPIs), schedule, risk management, and resource planning.
- Familiarity with tools and methodologies related to project and program management.
- Experience supporting PMM, GTM, or Analyst Relations work.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Business Administration, etc.).
