Job Summary
We are seeking a Demo Operations Lead to manage and evolve the demo infrastructure that supports Amplitude's global Sales team. In this role, you will collaborate across Internal Systems, Solutions Engineering, and cross-functional teams to build, scale, and maintain compelling demo experiences. You will drive the execution of our demo strategy, play a key role in program management for high-priority initiatives, and act as a central point of contact for internal demo stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the demo infrastructure for Amplitude's Sales organization, ensuring stability, scalability, and ease of use
- Partner with Internal Systems to continuously enhance internal demo capabilities
- Work closely with Solutions Engineers to create and maintain custom demo environments tailored for strategic meetings and Proof of Concepts
- Define and execute the demo transformation roadmap, delivering measurable impact to Sales effectiveness
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales Strategy, Enablement, and Business Technology
- Regularly brief executives and maintain alignment across global teams
- Translate strategy into execution across the Solutions CoE VMTM and drive delivery of top demo priorities
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a demo operations, technical program management, or similar role
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency across technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong project management capabilities and comfort managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
- High emotional intelligence and ability to influence without authority
- Strong ownership mentality and ability to lead by example

Based on Colorado law, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Colorado. Colorado range: $170,000 - $255,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)
Based on legislation in New York City, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in New York City. New York City salary range: $189,000 - $284,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)
Based on legislation in California, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in San Francisco Bay Area of California. Salary range: $189,000 - $284,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)
Based on legislation in California, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in California outside of the San Francisco Bay Area. California salary range: $170,000 - $255,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)
Based on legislation in Washington state, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Washington state. Washington salary range: $170,000 - $255,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)
Based on legislation in Washington state, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Washington only: unlimited PTO, 10 to 13 holidays annually (will vary), medical dental and vision PPO and CDHP plans. Finally, a company sponsored 401(k) retirement plan.
