Job Description
PayNearMe is seeking an Integration Partner Success Manager to drive growth and strengthen relationships within our network of integrated billing system partners. This role will focus on supporting existing partners, maximizing mutual value, and ensuring a seamless experience for both the partner and their clients. The ideal candidate will be a strategic relationship builder with a strong understanding of integration dynamics and a passion for helping partners and our mutual clients succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Engagement & Growth
- Conduct regular (bi-monthly or monthly) check-in calls with existing integration partners to foster engagement and collaboration.
- Perform annual business reviews to align on goals, performance metrics, and expansion opportunities.
- Attend partner-sponsored tradeshows to represent PayNearMe and deepen partner relationships.
- Identify and drive opportunities to expand integrations where applicable
Revenue & Referral Management
- Track and manage inbound client referrals through the partner portal.
- Maintain accurate records of partner referral bonuses and payouts.
- Respond to inquiries regarding partner revenue share tracking including accurate and timely payment and ensure alignment with internal stakeholders.
Operational & Technical Support
- Support the PayNearMe Customer Success (CS) team when a partner becomes unresponsive, acting as a liaison to re-engage them.
- Track client pipeline migrations (e.g., ISV-to-ISV migrations) and proactively coordinate with CS for smooth transitions.
- Act as the internal subject matter expert on each assigned integrated partner’s platform, which integration options were enabled, and the partners value proposition.
Enablement & Content Management
- Continuously educate partners on PayNearMe features, use cases, and best practices to drive adoption and satisfaction.
- Update and maintain integration-specific partner sales and marketing content including:
- Sales presentations (partner-specific PPTs)
- Marketing assets and co-branded POS materials (in collaboration with Marketing)
- Update Internal Partner Wiki and schedule internal training with the PNM Customer Success team.
- Partner assets published on external partner portal
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience working with Loan Management Software (LMS)
- 5+ years experience managing or supporting integrations with payment processors
- Strong understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, sFTP, and data mapping (you can “speak engineer” even if you’re not writing code)
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage strategic relationships, both virtually and in-person
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on partner data
- Comfortable collaborating across departments (Sales, Product, CS, Engineering, Marketing)
- Highly organized, self-directed, and skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% to visit partner HQs and attend industry events
- Prior work at a payments or fintech company (preferred)
- Background as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Account Manager (preferred)
