The Role:
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and experienced Digital Marketing Manager, SEO to lead and elevate our search engine optimization efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing a comprehensive SEO strategy that increases organic visibility, drives high-quality traffic, and generates qualified leads and revenue.
The Digital Marketing Manager, SEO will work in close partnership with the Director of Web Operations and the Sr. Director of Performance Marketing to ensure our website is high-performing, and becomes the primary marketing channel for brand awareness and demand generation. You will play a critical role in shaping and executing a strategic roadmap that aligns all web activities to maximize performance, user experience, and business impact.
What You’ll Do:
Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO)
Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
Conduct regular website audits and implement fixes in partnership with the Director, Web Operations to improve crawlability, indexation, and performance
Utilize tools and platforms that integrate with the CMS, such as Qualified, 6sense, and personalization technologies, to drive website engagement and create personalized user experiences
Collaborate with content, web development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital touchpoints
Optimize existing content and recommend new content topics based on keyword gaps and search trends
Partner closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, Paid Advertising team to ensure brand consistency across our paid and organic channels.
Stay updated with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices with a specific focus on AI SEO trends
Build and manage link-building campaigns and identify backlink opportunities
Track and report KPIs such as rankings, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI
Establish and manage a routine maintenance schedule, including link checks, form testing, content updates, and performance monitoring.
Ideal Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
3+ years of proven SEO experience
Deep knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz)
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure from an SEO perspective
Experience with CMS platforms (Webflow experience is a plus)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have:

Knowledge of other digital marketing channels (PPC, content marketing, social media)

For California residents only, the base salary range for this role is $105,000– $115,000 annually.
This range reflects the base salary that we reasonably expect to pay for the position in California. Actual compensation will be offered within this range, based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications, as permitted by California law.
Similar positions located outside of California may be subject to different compensation structures.
