This newly created, pivotal role comes at an exciting time as we embark on
internalising our month-end processes across our 9 global entities. Reporting
directly to the Finance Controller, you will be instrumental in this transition, taking
ownership of a dedicated scope of entities. This is an exceptional opportunity to
shape processes, drive efficiency, and contribute directly to our global financial
operations.
We're looking for a rigorous and autonomous individual with a strong foundation in
management accounting principles, ready to grow into a role that offers significant
impact and exposure within a rapidly evolving international business.
What You'll Be Doing...
Month-End & Year-End Ownership:
Take full responsibility for all aspects of the month-end and year-end close within
your scope of entities. This includes journal entries, accruals, prepayments,

Develop a deep understanding of the Group’s activities, and proactively identify
opportunities for financial and operational improvement. Provide meaningful analysis
to support efficiency and profitability across the business.
Process Optimisation:
Contribute to the design and implementation of robust financial processes and
internal controls. Play an active role in the internalisation and streamlining of our
month-end procedures.
System & Integration Support:
Support the ongoing improvement of financial systems and tools. Help ensure
smooth integration of newly acquired entities and alignment of their systems and
processes with group standards.
Audit & Statutory Support:
Assist in audit preparation, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete documentation.
Contribute to the preparation of statutory financial statements.
Strategic Finance Support:
Work closely with the Financial Controller to support variance analysis and ad hoc
reporting, providing financial input to help drive data-informed business decisions.
Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing,
coordinating effectively with local providers across our global operations.
HR Collaboration:
Partner seamlessly with the HR team to ensure smooth
onboarding and offboarding processes related to payroll, enhancing the employee
experience
