How you’ll make an impact:
As a Senior Workplace Experience Coordinator you will work closely with the Workplace Experience leadership team to provide exceptional and world-class experiences that inspire staff to connect and collaborate at Xero, together.
You will assist the Global Workplace Experience Program Manager and the Workplace Experience leadership team to deliver this mission by driving global principles and experience programs. You will use aligned processes and workflows, planning structure, feedback loops and exemplary communication to continuously improve our delivery. You will also be responsible for maintaining a regional identity across your workplaces, whilst aligning to a global set of principles. In this role you will be making sure Xero offices are presented and operating in the beautiful and functional way that Xero has become known for. You will drive consistently high levels of customer service in your interactions with Xero’s and visitors while delivering alignment for global experiences across your region.

What you'll do: - Serve as the face and ambassador for Workplace Experience in your region, actively promoting the WX brand and fostering a positive and engaging environment across the office
- Lead your region in providing exceptional workplace experiences for all employees and visitors
- Collaborate with key WX program leads (including Virtual) to implement innovative programs that elevate experience practices within Xero
- Create and deliver high-level communications that effectively reach and engage all Xeros
- Coordinate and organise global events, activations and programs such as team off sites that enhance employee engagement and promote a positive workplace culture
- Partner closely with the wider WX teams in each location to deliver experiences as required
- Partner with cross-functional teams (PX, IT, Wellbeing) to ensure alignment of workplace experience initiatives with company values and objectives
- Identify, evaluate and recommend external vendors and service providers that align with Xero’s workplace experience objectives
- Oversee outsourced services with an experience focus, such as catering and logistics, ensuring superior service levels and positive outcomes
- Use multiple data sets to analyse how physical spaces impact employee experiences, and implement strategies to optimise engagement and connection, virtually and in-person
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including your peers, locations, managers and executive leadership
- Proactively seek feedback to understand the needs of Xeros and continuously improve workplace experience offerings
- Provide onsite and remote support and assistance to Xeros in the region, including on-site events, ad hoc project work, travel arrangements and support in using internal tools
- Promote and demonstrate the Xero values through all aspects of your work to support the business and Xero culture
- Coach and mentor other WX team members as appropriate

What you'll bring with you: - 3+ years of delivering workplace experience, events/activations and food and beverage operations across more than one office environment
- 1-2 years experience of working in a distributed environment and servicing remote and hybrid ways of working
- Experience working with distributed leadership team across varying timezones
- Experience with financial systems and managing budget trackers
- Experience with contract and vendor quality assurance that ensured service level agreements are maintained
- Ability to foster a culture of idea-sharing and can actively involve a diverse range of stakeholders
- Ability to balance planning and urgency - develop detailed plans anticipating and resolving issues for efficient progress
- Can take ownership of challenges, learn from success and failure and work through challenging situations to deliver on a commitment
- Proven ability to handle complex customer requests and improve the customer experience using feedback and data
- Ability to identify and analyse experiential systems, understand feedback loops and interdependencies, and apply systems tools and techniques effectively
