We are looking for an Commercial Sales Director to join our growing SaaS business in the Latam region. You will lead a team of Commercial Account Executives and will be measured by achieving your team's overall quota, including New logo, Expansion and other sales motions.
You will be responsible for overseeing and motivating the Sales team, implementing sales plans, developing new business, expanding existing business, and delivering accurate and timely sales forecasting and reporting. This is an opportunity to build and lead an integral part of the Latam sales team, so we are looking for owners, who will go the extra mile and want to be the very best at what they do.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage a growing team of sales executives, ensuring you coach them to develop the skills and behaviors they will need to succeed.
- Establish company territory plans, team structure, individual quotas and patches for your team, including investment capacity requirements.
- Report on booking forecast and strategic GTM initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create, implement, and manage a complete revenue and customer success process.
- Clear focus and emphasis on methodology-based sales coaching, MEDDPIC.
- Stay updated on industry trends: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Continuously expand product knowledge to effectively address customer needs and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with internal teams: Liaise with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to gather information, provide feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Genesys-specific Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans for Genesys Cloud and other Genesys products and solutions in the Latam region.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at Genesys target accounts.
- Lead and manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives responsible for closing deals and generating revenue.
- Work closely with Genesys marketing, product and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and quotas.
Qualifications:
- +5 years of experience in enterprise/commercial sales, with a focus on SaaS products and solutions.
- 5 years direct management experience in enterprise software sales.
- Proven track record of success in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of the Latam market and sales landscape.
- Strong customer focus and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
