About the Role
We’re looking for a results-oriented Demand Marketing Manager with proven B2B SaaS experience to drive integrated marketing campaigns that generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and support revenue goals. This role is critical to our go-to-market engine—owning campaign strategy and execution across digital, content, and both sponsored and Wrike events.
You’ll partner closely with product marketing, content, digital, and sales teams to create high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that resonate with enterprise buyers. The ideal candidate has experience managing complex campaigns within a collaborative work management platform—preferably Wrike—and thrives in a complex, metrics-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Strategy
- Develop and manage integrated campaigns (with global orientation), aligned to product launches, buyer journeys, and target industries or personas.
- Own campaign briefs, timelines, and project management inside Wrike—ensuring cross-functional alignment and visibility.
- Build campaign strategies that incorporate organic social, email, content, field events, webinars, and sales enablement.
Execution & Workflow Management
- Lead campaign kickoff through completion—coordinating with PMM, content, creative, paid digital, and operations teams.
- Ensure all workback schedules, creative requests, and deliverables are structured and tracked effectively in Wrike.
- Work with marketing operations to create, implement and QA campaigns across platforms like Marketo and Salesforce.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with product marketing to translate messaging into compelling campaign themes.
- Work with sales development to support outbound efforts with targeted campaign assets and follow-up cadences.
- Coordinate field and partner marketing tactics as part of the broader campaign strategy.
Measurement & Optimization
- Define campaign KPIs across awareness, engagement, MQLs, pipeline, and revenue.
- Use data to analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements for future iterations.
- Provide regular reporting to stakeholders and senior leadership using dashboards, presentations and Wrike updates.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or integrated campaign roles.
- Hands-on experience with work management solutions (preferably Wrike) for campaign planning, execution, and team collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, events, and sales outreach.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools like Marketo, Salesforce, and Demandbase or Sendoso.
- Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Creative thinker with a bias for action and a data-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous ownership of campaign workstreams in Wrike including templates, dependencies, and reporting.
- Understanding of SaaS buyer journeys and content strategies that support enterprise-level decision-making.
