Role overview
As the Snr Demand Generation Manager, you’ll be the first dedicated demand gen hire and will be responsible for building the function from the ground up alongside the SVP of Marketing. You’ll be marketing a product that resonates with real enterprise pain points while collaborating with a high-trust, high-performance GTM team. You’re a full-funnel thinker with a strong ABM toolkit and a passion for experimenting. You know how to partner with sales to build personalized programs that capture attention from hard-to-reach enterprise buyers and convert that into pipeline.
What you’ll do:
Build and lead our demand generation strategy, with a heavy focus on ABM targeting the Fortune 2000
Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid, organic, email, web, events, and partner programs to engage complex buying committees
Align with Sales to build target account lists and create a customized program structure to engage these accounts
Partner closely with product marketing and content to develop compelling, persona-driven assets for campaigns
Help stand up measurement and reporting to ensure everything is tracked so we can report on marketing KPIs
Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through experimentation with new tactics, better audience segmentation, and processes
Evaluate best-in-class demand gen tools, including AI-powered platforms that enhance targeting and personalization
Who You Are
5–7+ years of B2B demand generation experience, with proven ABM execution
Success marketing to the C-Suite and enterprise buying teams, ideally in data, analytics, or infrastructure markets
Fluent with ABM platforms and intent-based targeting tools
Comfort operating in fast-paced, early-stage environments where agility and ownership matter
Strong collaboration skills - you know how to partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps to align around revenue
