This role will fill a strategic execution gap by consolidating scattered analyst roles into one centralized, high-quality team. The Head of Data will be hands-on in building pipelines, cleaning data, reimagining workflows, and ensuring the entire company operates on truth, not opinions.

Build a clear picture of our current data flows, models, and reporting cadences.
Strengthen the data foundation by refining metrics, warehouse setup, and reporting accuracy.
Take ownership of the data function for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and board-level business reviews.
Consolidate existing analysts into a centralized, high-performing team.
