Summary
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own and influence the product strategy, roadmap and GTM for two strategically important areas: EOR Growth (driving product-led growth to increase customer adoption) and Managed HR (a tech-enabled HR advisory service).
You’ll collaborate with senior leaders, designers, engineers and subject-matter experts across the organization to ensure the fast delivery of a best-in-class experience to a global customer base — while shaping how we gather customer insight, validate opportunities, and scale tech-plus-service products.
Responsibilities
Building a clear vision, strategy, and execution path for EOR Growth and Managed HR, aligning product positioning with delivery capabilities.
Designing and executing product-led growth experiments that remove friction, optimise user journeys, and deliver measurable adoption and retention gains with clear attribution.
Establishing structured customer feedback loops (e.g., advisory boards, representative panels) to replace anecdotal input with broad, data-driven insight.
Working cross-functionally to collect and address the diverse needs of different product lines, especially where operational delivery intersects with the product experience.
Leveraging all of the core PM skills you have honed to date to drive progress through the entire product development lifecycle — from rapid hypothesis testing to market launch.
Collaborating with a team of highly talented product designers, engineers and product experts to execute your vision and deliver exceptional results at Deel speed.
Balancing core product development with high-priority client escalations in a high-speed, remote-first working environment.
Driving improvements to UX in regulated, compliance-sensitive environments, working closely with subject-matter experts to ensure solutions meet both customer needs and operational realities.
What we’re looking for:
Minimum 5 years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment (ideally scale-up/start-up).
Proven experience in product-led growth — designing and running experiments that demonstrably improved product adoption.
Experience with tech-enabled services, where operational processes are a core part of the product experience.
Independent and autonomous leader, comfortable making decisions quickly with incomplete information.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, especially in globally distributed teams.
Understanding of both UX and UI, with a track record of removing friction points to drive growth.
Why this role is exciting
You’ll directly influence how Deel scales two of its most important product areas, working on challenges that span product strategy, service design, and customer growth. You’ll have the scope to test and iterate quickly, introduce new customer insight practices, and shape how tech-plus-service products are built and delivered at a global scale.
If you thrive in fast-moving environments, enjoy solving complex problems, and want to make an immediate impact in a product-focused company, this is your opportunity.
