Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Field Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their career in marketing while learning the ins and outs of event management, customer engagement, and campaign execution. You’ll play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing activities that showcase Harvey’s solutions to legal professionals, drive brand awareness, foster loyalty, and support customer acquisition.
What You'll Do
Event Support & Execution: Assist with planning and executing field marketing events—including customer dinners, conferences, webinars, and regional campaigns.
Logistics Management: Own event logistics such as venue booking, registration management, shipping, setup, RSVP tracking, and “day-of” details, including budget oversight.
Sales Alignment: Collaborate closely with the sales team to align event goals and support post-event follow-up.
Content Support: Help create marketing collateral, presentations, and digital assets for events and campaigns.
Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign and event performance; provide recommendations for improvement.
Vendor & Partner Management: Maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and organizers to ensure seamless execution.
What You Have
2–4 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, hospitality, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline.
Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects independently.
A proactive, resourceful mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, or similar platforms is a plus.
Experience in professional services sectors (law, banking, consulting, etc.) and working with high-touch clientele is a plus.
Compensation Range
$110,000 - $130,000 USD
