As a Sr. Content Marketing Senior Specialist at Genesys, you will help shape the customer journey through engaging, high-impact content. You’ll produce thought leadership articles, SEO-rich web pages, blogs, and multimedia assets that guide prospects and customers from awareness to adoption. This role is best suited for a proven content creator with a strong track record in B2B writing. You will be a powerhouse in content production, consistently delivering high-quality work that aligns with business goals and strengthens our brand voice.
Key Responsibilities
Develop impactful, original, and persuasive content across a variety of marketing materials, including blogs, web pages, ebooks, and thought leadership articles
Collaborate with subject-matter experts to produce engaging, buyer-centric narratives that drive conversions
Partner with web, design, and UX teams to deliver compelling, user-friendly experiences
Optimize content for SEO and GEO targeting to improve visibility, engagement, and website performance metrics
Ensure consistency, clarity, and relevance across all messaging while advocating for the buyer journey
Embrace creativity and a continuous improvement mindset to adapt to evolving market demands

Qualifications
Strong writing skills across multiple formats and tones (formal, conversational, and technical)
Ability to simplify complex topics into engaging, persona-specific content
Familiarity with AP Style and proven ability to maintain brand voice
Solid understanding of SEO principles and tools
Strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills
Creative, adaptable, and growth-oriented mindset
Experience
BA with 2–5 years of professional writing experience, ideally in B2B marketing, OR 3–6 years of relevant writing experience without a degree
Demonstrated ability to write for both human audiences and SEO optimization
Experience in B2B marketing environments strongly preferred
Familiarity with AI tools for ideation and content development

Compensation:
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
$56,400.00 - $104,600.00
