Profile Overview
As the Head of Operations, you will serve as the operational backbone of our organization, driving cross-functional execution and scalability across all teams. You will report directly to the CEO and lead Business Ops, HR/People Ops, Legal, and Finance functions. This role requires a strategic, hands-on operations leader who can translate vision into executable frameworks, optimize processes, and ensure seamless collaboration across product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams while maintaining our high-growth trajectory.
Your responsibilities
- Partner closely with the CEO to drive cross-functional execution and operational scalability by translating company strategy into clear execution frameworks, roadmaps, and accountability systems
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across teams, implementing process improvements that enhance productivity and reduce friction between departments
- Manage critical systems and tools including CRM, billing platforms, compliance systems, and other operational infrastructure to ensure optimal performance
- Oversee process automation and tooling improvements, implementing documentation requirements and best practices for effective change management across the organization
- Lead planning cadences including OKRs, board preparation, and company-wide reporting to ensure strategic alignment and measurable progress toward goals
- Align Product, Go-to-Market, and Customer Success teams on program-level goals, driving internal project accountability and meeting delivery timelines
- Manage complex, cross-functional initiatives such as pricing strategy overhauls, system integrations, and organizational restructuring projects
- Implement scalable processes for hiring, onboarding, and employee enablement to support our growing team across multiple European locations
- Create and optimize internal processes that can scale with our business growth while maintaining operational efficiency and quality standards
- Build comprehensive operational KPIs and reporting infrastructure, partnering closely with Finance for accurate forecasting, resource planning, and budget control
- Partner with leadership team to ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives and maintain high standards of operational excellence
- Champion data-driven decision making by establishing metrics frameworks and ensuring visibility into key performance indicators across all business functions
What You bring to the table
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience as Chief of Staff, Head of Operations, or similar strategic operational role in high-growth SaaS companies
- Strong project management background with proven experience using agile methodologies for both technical and non-technical initiatives
- Experience implementing and managing business systems including CRM platforms, billing systems, and operational tools in SaaS environments
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute cross-functional processes that scale with business growth and complexity
- Strong analytical skills with experience building KPIs, operational metrics, and reporting dashboards for executive leadership
- Experience with OKR planning, strategic planning processes, and executive reporting in fast-paced technology companies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Familiarity with European business operations, remote team management, and distributed workforce coordination
