We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Deal Desk Specialist to join our team. Reporting to our VP, Global Controller and working closely with our Deal Desk, Support and Channel Sales teams, you will be responsible for supporting the Deal Desk function in processing sales deals, handling client intake forms while ensuring data accuracy. You will also focus on process improvement and overseeing the deal structure for a subset of clients.
As we increasingly implement automation across systems and processes over the next 12-18 months, this role will help manage that transition and at the same time take on a more expanded role in the Desk Desk environment, gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Location-specific information:
You will be based in Paris, with English as your working languages. We offer a hybrid work arrangement, with Tuesday being the companywide day, where we all collaborate in the office and have a company-sponsored meal, Thursday being a department day for in-office team bonding, and a third in-office day of your choice.
