- You'll lead innovation at scale across multiple interconnected platforms (Office, Playground, Home, MyWaitlist) that serve 8,700+ childcare services.
- You'll report directly to the Chief Technology Officer - SaaS, giving you strategic influence over technology decisions.
- You'll build solutions that create meaningful connections – helping families stay connected to their child's learning journey, enabling educators to focus on care rather than paperwork, and ensuring children receive the best possible early education experience.

Location: At Xplor, we value flexibility. This role is fully remote within Australia, open to candidates with full working rights. You’ll collaborate closely with your team across time zones, so some overlap in working hours is important. Occasional business travel will be part of the role to stay connected and aligned.

Required qualifications for this role:
- Previous leadership experience, ideally in a multi-region (global) SaaS environment.
- Solid understanding of full stack development, including PHP, SQL Server, Postgres DB, .NET, HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js, Angular, or React.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, test automation, and CI/CD practices.
- Familiarity with cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
- Proven ability to lead teams while remaining hands-on, embedding best practices and driving high-quality, scalable software solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A mindset focused on innovation, quality, and continuous improvement across a growing portfolio.
