Senior Business Development Representative – Kuala Lumpur (Hybrid)
We’re looking for a driven outbound sales professional to help expand our market presence across Singapore and Malaysia. If you’re passionate about sales development, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth, this is your chance to make an impact at a global leader in customer engagement solutions.
What You’ll Do
Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through outbound prospecting and engagement.
Transform marketing leads into sales opportunities by educating and guiding prospects.
Build relationships and schedule meetings/demos between Account Executives and potential clients.
Position Genesys as a trusted global provider of communication, collaboration, and customer engagement software.
Manage pipelines, update CRM (Salesforce), and hit ambitious quarterly targets.
Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-up.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of BDR experience, with 3+ years specifically in outbound sales for IT or cloud solutions.
Proven success in the Singapore and Malaysia markets.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and time-management skills.
Experience with Salesforce (or other CRM tools).
Tech-savvy, adaptable, and resourceful with a genuine interest in technology.
