Job Summary
We’re seeking a strategic, results-driven SVP of Accounting and Tax to lead our global accounting function. This is an exceptional opportunity to drive all aspects of accounting and financial reporting in a dynamic and growing company. You’ll lead a talented global team to set the vision and execution roadmap for our accounting strategy, ensuring compliance, transparency, and operational excellence. As a member of the Finance leadership team, you’ll partner cross-functionally to support and scale our operations. What You’ll Do:
Provide executive leadership for all global accounting and tax functions, including general ledger, technical accounting, consolidations, revenue recognition, accounts payable/receivable and tax. This role includes leadership of both US and global entity financial reporting as well as operational oversight for global payroll.
Oversee technical accounting efforts, including researching and implementing new accounting standards and writing technical memos, as well as global tax activities including transfer pricing, tax filing activity and position balances.
Provide strategic guidance to executive leadership on complex accounting issues, business transactions (e.g., M&A, financing), and financial risk management.
Drive continuous improvement of accounting systems, processes, and policies to support scalability, compliance, and operational excellence.
Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Tax, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure alignment across all financial reporting and compliance efforts.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree strongly preferred.
