As a Senior UX Designer, you consistently deliver high-quality designs and confidently work on challenging projects with moderate supervision. You possess strong UX skills, actively mentor Associate and Mid-level designers, and effectively collaborate with cross-functional partners. You have experience in leading important aspects of projects, and you're proficient at synthesizing complex user research into clear, actionable design solutions.
Team: Our team designs innovative experiences that empower contact centre Agents worldwide. By partnering with product and engineering teams, we seamlessly integrate AI assistants and automation into Agent workflows, enabling organisations to deliver personalised, exceptional customer experiences.
Location: For this position we are open to candidates who wish to work hybrid from our office in Galway or remote within Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
Design Projects: Lead significant design aspects of projects, clearly defining problem statements, executing user research, and contributing to overall design excellence.
Autonomy & Ambiguity: Handle moderate levels of ambiguity independently, escalating critical issues to your manager or partners proactively.
Team Development: Mentor mid-level and associate designers and contribute to a high-performing, collaborative design team culture.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with product managers and engineers to integrate design solutions into product roadmaps. Communicate design concepts and insights clearly to multiple stakeholders. Develop and define project scope with Product and Engineering.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly participate in sprint planning and design reviews, offering constructive critique and promoting continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications:
Experience: 4+ years of experience in user experience design, actively participating in the full product lifecycle of a digital product.
Education: Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, or a related field.
Skills:
Deep knowledge of Figma and low-fi collaboration tools like Miro/FigJam.
Experience working with a design system
Competent in various UX research methodologies.
Experience collaborating with development teams and product management to successfully ship designs.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain your designs through visual, verbal, and written communication. This includes articulating a clear design rationale and conceptual ideas – tailoring the communication to meet the needs of various audiences.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in designing for enterprise-level applications, services, or platforms (specifically support or call centers).
Have an understanding of AI and how AI impacts end user interactions.
