What You'll Do
Design System Creation & Implementation: Using Palm’s recent brand refresh create a design system that is scalable and able to be easily implemented by both people and agents.
Execute deliverables including but not limited to website design, landing pages, components, ads, marketing materials and additional assets as required
- Obsess and iterate on marketing material design through A/B testing and independent attention to the recommending and implementing designs.
GTM Asset Creation
- Produce editable templates for paid-ad banners (example: LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Reddit, X)
- Design email campaign comps (Figma) for nurture sequences, announcements, and drip flows
- Expand and maintain a library of branded social-media templates (Stories, carousels, posts)
Rapid Prototyping & QA
- Turn around style mockups in Figma
- Review Webflow implementations to ensure pixel-perfect fidelity
Collaboration and Cadence
- Integrated fractional team member taking ownership and driving to outcomes
- Excellent cross functional communication as a shared resource throughout the org
- Expected to join key daily meetings and touch points
