Client Success Manager

Introduction
Beterra Health is seeking a client success manager to join our growing team. This role would support our clients in implementing and optimizing our healthcare quality and safety improvement software.
Beterra is a healthcare company empowering leaders through improvement technology. We simplify safety and compliance management for leaders across complex healthcare organizations. Our technology streamlines the ability to obtain meaningful insights, simplify actions, and track improvement activities.
Beterra is primarily a remote team, with offices in Kansas City and Hogansville (south of Atlanta). Our core values are simplicity, active learning, and empowering others.
About the Role
The primary responsibilities include:
Software Implementation Manager
- Consult clients through the end-to-end implementation and optimization of Beterra’s platform
- Manage implementation timelines and consult with clients on configuration
- Serve as primary point of contact for the client and lead client team calls
- Develop strong relationships with the client’s key stakeholders
- Participate in client success team’s regular review of client needs and planned actions
- Maintain and improve client implementation approaches and documentation
- Support the configuration Beterra’s software to meet the clients need
- Ensure continuous improvement through feedback collection and lessons learned
Product Input and Support
- Advocate for client enhancements to Beterra’s product
- Help test new software features from a client perspective
- Support the scoping of new administrative features for clients and Beterra
- Support the roll-out of new features and modules to the client base
Team and Rhythms
- Position is remote
- Client success team meetings in Hogansville, GA (35ish minutes south of Atlanta airport) approximately 2 times per quarter)
- 1 or 2 team retreats per year
- Reports to Chief Product Officer
- Regular virtual and asynchronous rhythms
About You
You’re an analytical professional passionate about using data and technology to improve the healthcare. You are:
- a highly organized and able to work across multiple projects/clients simultaneously
- a great communicator, both in written and verbal forms
- responsive and eager to meet the needs of the client
- a self-starter able to organize your work and next steps
- great at follow-up and documentation of next steps
- comfortable facilitating teams and influencing them to make the best decisions
- experienced with implementing software solutions
- knowledgeable about standard data analysis tools (Excel)
- able to find insights and share them for leaders (PowerPoint)
- technology oriented - easily learning new tools and approaches
Requirements
- significant experience in project management
- experience in technology implementation
- experience in healthcare and patient safety/quality (preferred, not required)
- ability to travel on an occasional basis
- quarterly delivery meetings in metro Atlanta (single day)
- annual team retreat
- occasional conferences (1 or 2 per year)
