About the Role:
We are looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to provide interim cover within the Corporate FP&A function at Camunda, assisting with Business Partnership, Forecasting and Reporting of the General & Administrative (G&A) function. You’ll be part of a global Finance team reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A, and play a key role in providing insights that shape decision-making across the company.
What you'll be doing:
Must-Haves:
2+ years of experience in FP&A, Accounting, Investment Banking
Strong Google Sheets and/or Excel skillset and ability to work with large data sets
Understanding of SaaS business models and metrics (ARR, NRR/GRR, bookings, churn, CAC, etc) or eagerness to ramp quickly
Experience supporting forecast/budget cycles and preparing leadership-level financial reporting
Excellent attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
An ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects, working in iterations.
Excitement to work in a remote, highly transparent environment
Nice-to-Haves:
Understanding of, or willingness to learn FP&A technology systems, including Netsuite, Workday, Adaptive, and other FP&A related software
Prior experience in SaaS or subscription-based business with exposure to scaling finance processes
Experience preparing board or investor-level reporting packages

We offer competitive, fair, and transparent compensation. Salary ranges are location-based, with Standard and Major markets (global tech hubs) reflecting local competition.
The Annual Total Target Cash (base salary + 100% variable target, where applicable) shown below spans from the minimum in a Standard market to the maximum in a Major market. Final offers depend on skills, experience, and location, and we typically hire in the first half of the range to allow room for growth:
United States: $124,600.00 to $200,900.00
Germany: €80,500.00 to €133,100.00
United Kingdom: £78,200.00 to £128,700.00
Singapore: S$154,700.00 to S$232,100.00
