About the position (role & team):
We’re looking for an innovative and passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic global team. In this role, you’ll lead and execute full-cycle hiring processes across multiple regions, with a key focus on R&D and Engineering recruitment in Israel.
This is a strategic position, perfect for an experienced recruiter eager to take their impact to the next level. You’ll play a central role in driving our growth by attracting and hiring top talent, strengthening our employer brand, and fostering an exceptional candidate and employee experience.
Contract: This is a 6-month contract position for parental leave cover, with the potential for extension based on business needs and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Partner strategically with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and develop tailored hiring strategies - particularly across R&D and Engineering teams in Israel.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for global roles, from sourcing and screening to offer stage, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and engaging candidate experience.
- Drive hiring excellence by balancing quality, speed, and candidate fit - using data insights, market knowledge, and a deep understanding of business priorities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on market trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent through multiple channels, leveraging social media, professional networks, and creative outreach.
- Promote and strengthen our employer brand, ensuring every interaction reflects our values, culture, and unique employee experience.
- Manage offers and negotiations end-to-end, collaborating with HR and Finance to align on compensation frameworks and ensure a positive candidate closure process.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs, maintaining strong relationships with potential candidates and community networks.
- Champion internal mobility and referrals, communicating openings effectively and encouraging employee engagement in recruitment efforts.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, analysing recruitment metrics and identifying opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and candidate quality.
