What we're looking for
We’re hiring a Brand Designer to create a brand that stands out in a sea of sameness. This is a mid-level role reporting to the Head of Marketing, ideal for someone who thrives on turning complex ideas into powerful visuals that move people.
You’ll own Omnea’s brand identity end-to-end — defining how we look, sound, and feel across every touchpoint. You’ll be a self-starter who can translate our mission into design that inspires internally and resonates externally.
What Can You Expect?
Define and design the Omnea brand identity and maintain the core visual language.
Build brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all channels and teams.
Design content, decks, and materials that communicate Omnea’s story simply and powerfully.
Partner with marketing and commercial teams to create high-impact campaigns and assets.
Bring the brand to life inside the company — making Omnea irresistible to employees and candidates alike.
Solve complex communication challenges through elegant, minimal design.
About You
You have 3-5 years of experience designing for enterprise or B2B software companies.
A strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, visual storytelling, and content design.
The ability to move fast and execute with precision — you can do the work yourself.
Passion for crafting visuals that make complex concepts feel simple and human.
A sense of ownership and pride in building something from scratch.
Previous experience with design tooling, like Adobe CC, Figma, Canva
Experience with video editing is a bonus
