We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Senior Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations Manager to be the operational backbone of our GTM strategy. You will be responsible for optimizing the processes, systems, and data that enable our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to execute effectively. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology, ensuring our GTM engine is efficient, scalable, and aligned with our revenue goals. You'll report to the Head of Product, who leads our Growth org.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Optimization: Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable GTM processes, including lead-to-cash, territory planning, lead routing, and sales forecasting.
Systems Management: Own and optimize the GTM tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring seamless integration, data integrity, and workflow automation.
Data & Analytics: Develop and maintain key performance dashboards and reports to track GTM performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership for data-driven decision-making.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as a key operational partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product leaders, driving cross-functional projects and ensuring alignment on GTM initiatives, rules of engagement, and strategic priorities.
Strategic Planning: Support annual GTM planning, including territory design, spend setting, and headcount modelling, to ensure the company is set up for successful growth.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5-8+ years of experience in Operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment. 2+ years in a fast-growing startup is a must.
Technical Skills: ability to create low-code automations and understand systems configuration and integrations
Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to analyze complex data sets, create insightful reports, and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
Process-Oriented: A strong track record of building, documenting, and improving scalable operational processes.
Collaboration: Exceptional project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead and influence across multiple functions and levels.
