Description
POSITION SUMMARY

AREA OF FOCUS
- Technical process improvements to enhance the daily money movement processes
- Implement automated quality controls into all daily money movement and reconciliation activities
- Create and manage a program to replace all manual functions by designing and implementing adhoc automated processes
- Analyze and create automated Client reporting related to daily transaction processing
- Create a more robust automated reserve reconciliation process
- Manage all technical aspects of the BlackLine implementation
- Collaborate with leadership and Engineering on strategic improvements to the payment processing platforms
- Analyze, create, and lead efforts to establish a standardized metrics reporting package for leadership
- Design and automate all daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for clients, team, leadership, etc.
- Automate journal entries related to cash movement and reconciliation maintenance
- Support Finance and Accounting through the monthly close process
- Provide back up for other Payment Services functions: daily money movement, reconciliation, etc.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 10 years of Payments and Bank reconciliation required
- Technical competency with various analysis and reporting software packages
- Heavy business, data, and systems analysis skills
- Strong automation experience utilizing various tools
- UAT of payment system projects related to settlement, reconciliation, and returns
- Experience creating, and automating high-volume, complex reconciliations
- Knowledge of and experience in accounting and finance functions
- Project management skills required
- Strong communication skills to varying levels of leadership required
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities but is expected to mentor new team members and junior level positions.
