About the Role:
We're looking for a creative, results-oriented Field Marketing Manager to drive growth in key EMEA markets.
In this role, you’ll develop and execute regional marketing programs in close partnership with sales, channel, and marketing teams to generate high-quality pipeline. From virtual and in-person events to trade shows and creative campaigns, you'll lead initiatives that deliver real impact.
You'll also analyze performance metrics to refine tactics and optimize results. This role is ideal for a collaborative, agile marketer who excels at cross-functional execution and driving measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of field marketing programs, including seminars, trade shows, conferences, webinars, localized content initiatives, and industry association initiatives.
- Responsibilities include planning and execution, coordinating contracts and logistics, localizing corporate messaging to the respective regions, developing promotional campaigns to drive attendance, executing virtual or on-site activities, and conducting post-event follow-up and performance tracking.
- Initiate channel partners' joint marketing initiatives to generate demand within their respective markets.
- Ensure targeting is aligned to the company's Account Based motion to drive qualified pipeline through integrated, multi-touch campaigns.
- Identify the most effective tactics and assets to accelerate pipeline progression and drive measurable impact. Examples are - email campaigns, executive experiences, or direct mailers.
- Oversee all elements of the regional marketing budget, including purchasing, payment processing, and resource provisioning.
- Research and evaluate key industry events in the region, including identifying opportunities for speaking engagements and calls for papers.
