What are we looking for in Budget and Reporting Specialist;- BSc/MSc degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or other business-related field
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in related area
- Big four experience in audit is a must
- Strong know-how in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Excellent numeracy skills with an attention to detail
- Team-oriented, strong time management and communication skills
- Improved problem-solving skills, result-oriented
- The wide perspective of both from the business side and financial aspects
- Good understanding of accounting, budgeting, financial modeling
- Ability to deal with top management and coordinate between teams
- Motivation to work in a past-paced startup environment
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
As the Budget and Reporting Specialist in Insider day in and day out you;- will manage and coordinate the annual budget and best estimation process
- will play an active role in the preparation of budget works and the execution of the budget process with the data collected from the companies
- will create budget-realized reports on the basis of both financial results and operational KPIs by analyzing deviations from the budget
- prepare management reports and presentations for relevant business units and departments
- prepare adhoc reports demanded by the management
- ensure effective collaboration with all relevant departments for the collection of accurate and timely information for the relevant reporting process
- analyze financial data, prepare detailed reports, projections and statements and strict to tight deadlines
- provide meaningful and valid comments on financial results
- update profit-loss and cash flow data with monthly forecast simulations, to analyze and report target deviations
- take part in monthly reporting activities and to control the accuracy of financial data
- prepare monthly closings reports
