We are looking for an FP&A Specialist who will join our Finance Team to maintain the financial integrity of Insider.
You’ll be responsible for forecasting, long-term financial planning, operational and financial reporting, financial controlling, and analysis for all levels of the organization.

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:- You will lead the end-to-end audit process across our global entities, working closely with external auditors to ensure smooth, timely, and compliant completion.
- You will manage group consolidation across 24+ countries, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and consistency of intercompany eliminations, equity movements, and accounting standards.
- You will coordinate with local finance teams to collect, validate, and reconcile financial data required for audit and reporting cycles.
- You will implement and maintain IFRS compliance, including complex areas such as IFRS 2 (Share-based Payments), business combinations, and revenue recognition.
- You will collaborate with FP&A and accounting teams to ensure that planning, budgeting, and actual reporting align with audit and statutory principles.
- You will identify process improvements to streamline consolidation, audit preparation, and reporting workflows.
- You will prepare audit-ready documentation for new entities, capital injections, and intercompany funding structures.
We’d love to hear from you if:- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CFA) is a plus.
- You have 6+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting, FP&A, or external audit.
- You have hands-on experience with IFRS reporting, multi-entity consolidation, and audit coordination.
- You’re detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in structured yet fast-moving environments.
- You’re confident communicating with auditors, finance managers, and executive leadership.
- You bring strong analytical and accounting skills — and can translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable communication.
- You’re proactive, accountable, and comfortable managing tight deadlines and competing priorities.
- You’re fluent in English, both written and spoken, and can navigate global communication seamlessly.
