As a Customer Support Intern, you’ll be part of the Application Support Team, providing assistance to clients using OneStream's software. You’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of how our support department operates and play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction by assisting with customer cases and helping improve our knowledge base.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Learn the essentials of the OneStream software and support process.
- Gain hands-on experience working with customers, troubleshooting issues, and developing effective communication skills.
- Support the team in handling challenging and urgent cases, contributing to timely and effective solutions.
- Assist in enhancing our knowledge base and organizing case categories to streamline data collection and reporting.
- Participate in a special intern project to explore an area for improvement within the Customer Support team.
- Develop foundational knowledge in cloud/hosting technology and security concepts relevant to financial software.
Required Education and Experience
- In pursuit of a bachelor’s degree or graduate-level degree in a relevant business area such as Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3.0 GPA or Higher
Preferred Education and Experience
- Junior, Senior and Graduate-level students preferred (graduating between December 2026 and May 2027).
- Previous internship experience is nice to have but not necessarily required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills.
