What you’ll do:
- Lead internal project management for all video projects—owning planning, task creation, dependencies, and progress tracking through Asana.
- Manage the full video production lifecycle from scheduling and budgeting to final delivery and publishing.
- Coordinate logistics for shoots including location, talent, sound, lighting, and equipment needs.
- Collaborate with creative leads and marketing stakeholders to scope deliverables, set timelines, and ensure alignment across teams.
- Maintain a clear overview of all projects—what’s being shot, edited, approved, and released—using Asana as the single source of truth.
- Ensure that projects stay on time and within scope, proactively identifying risks and roadblocks.
- Build and maintain repeatable workflows for production and review processes to improve efficiency and visibility.
- Source or secure user-generated or customer-provided footage, managing rights and permissions.
- Support cross-functional communication by providing regular project updates, status reports, and milestone reviews.
- Identify opportunities to repurpose and iterate on existing video content for different channels and formats.
