Your Role
As a Project Manager, you are customer-centric, organized, and genuinely enjoy helping onboard new clients. You appreciate having a voice and being a team player. Assisting colleagues with tasks outside of your job description is something you find rewarding. You thrive as a leader and enjoy helping others. Your experience in SaaS project management will be beneficial in enabling you to onboard quickly and provide insights into areas of opportunity. You are familiar with Smartsheet and have experience with cloud-based communications.
Using your problem-solving skills and inherent motivation to help others, you will delight and assist our customers from their first call to their last (if there is one!).
This position reports to our Senior Manager, Professional Services, and has the opportunity to be based in our Pasig City, Metro Manila Office. This is a remote position, but you’ll be required to go into the office from time to time.
What you'll do
- You will work closely with your manager and the rest of the Professional Services team to learn about Dialpad as a company and its product offerings.
- You will start networking with teams you will be working closely with, such as Sales, Customer Success, and Support.
- You will collaborate with the enablement team as they guide you through your onboarding classes; these classes will introduce you to the PM role and the Professional Services team.
- You will begin shadowing your teammates' calls to gain a solid understanding of the Dialpad deployment process.
- You will learn the Dialpad deployment methodology and the various tools you will use to assist our customers during deployment.
- You will incorporate Dialpad’s methodology into your deployment plans within Smartsheet.
- With the help of the Professional Services management team, you will work directly with customers and lead their deployments.
- You will host end-user and admin training sessions for our customers to educate them on Dialpad products and assist with change management.
Skills you’ll bring
- Strong digital communication skills with an emphasis on visual and verbal clarity during remote interactions.
- Able to work US core hours (6 am - 5 pm Pacific Time) while 100% on-camera in a dedicated, technically enabled remote workspace that supports team meetings, client interactions, and collaborative sessions.
- Excellent internet connectivity is required.
