Senior Software Engineer, EMR Integrations

Our Story 💡
At Titan Intake, we are united by a mission our founders experienced firsthand: the complexity and chaos of referral and intake workflows in healthcare. Whether as patients, operators, physicians, or technologists, we’ve lived the pain of broken access and inefficient coordination
What began as a purpose-built referral automation product has evolved into a full-stack AI platform designed to streamline patient access across health systems of all sizes. From independent surgical specialists to enterprise-scale networks, our goal is to help the helpers: enabling access teams to move faster, reduce delays, and deliver better care.
Today, we’re scaling fast—with deeply held values, a clear vision, and an expanding customer base. To support that growth, we’re hiring a foundational Senior Software Engineer to architect, build, implement and support our library of reusable integrations.
