The Challenge
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to define and lead the strategy for how we organize and surface data across our platform — making it simple, valuable, and powered by AI. You’ll be the connector between product innovation, customer value, and business impact. This role is about shaping how our shared data foundations enable smarter experiences, automate workflows, and show up naturally in the products customers use every day.
The Mission
- Own your product and squad. Define the vision, goals, and roadmap for data experiences; ensure execution delivers measurable customer and business value.
- Drive adoption and outcomes. Set success metrics, monitor performance, and use data and customer insights to improve usability and growth.
- Shape and maintain a roadmap. Balance priorities across customer feedback, leadership inputs, and technical considerations, including AI-driven capabilities.
- Collaborate deeply. Write clear PRDs and partner closely with Engineering and UX to design meaningful, validated solutions that simplify complex data.
- Deliver on commitments. Maintain alignment, hit goals, and ensure visibility across teams and leadership.
- Validate early and often. Engage customers throughout the lifecycle to confirm usability, adoption, and satisfaction.
- Manage risk proactively. Identify challenges early and escalate thoughtfully to protect quality and timelines.
- Lead through influence. Represent your squad confidently in reviews, retros, and stakeholder discussions.
- Continuously improve. Use metrics to refine adoption, performance, and team efficiency.

You Are
You are a proactive problem-solver who thrives on turning complexity into clarity. You think in systems and long-term outcomes, using data and AI capabilities to create meaningful customer value. You lead through clarity and influence—aligning teams around what matters most—and you bring insight and curiosity to every decision. Your ability to simplify workflows, anticipate risks, and collaborate deeply makes you a trusted partner across engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
Your Experience Includes
- 3-5 years in product management, with experience owning complex product areas or driving multi-domain strategies.
- Proven success defining and executing on data-centric or AI-driven capabilities that delivered measurable customer and business value.
- Deep understanding of how data flows across systems, how AI can act on that data, and how these capabilities show up in real SaaS or B2B workflows.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into strategic advantage — shaping both product vision and stakeholder alignment.
- Strong commercial and customer orientation — experienced in connecting product use to revenue, retention, and client impact.
- Exceptional communication and influence — able to align executives, engineers, and partners around shared priorities and long-term vision.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and proactive in stepping up to new challenges, driving clarity and momentum in fast-changing environments.
