Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This role stands out in the SaaS ecosystem because it sits at the intersection of marketplace operations and data-led growth. Rather than focusing on a single country, it coordinates driver acquisition across South America, where supply coverage, utilization, and retention directly shape service reliability. The emphasis on cross-functional alignment with marketing, product, operations, and market efficiency reflects how SaaS-enabled platforms typically iterate: operational signals inform product and demand-generation decisions, and vice versa.
From a SaaS career perspective, the work builds durable skills in scaling acquisition systems, managing performance through metrics, and translating analysis into execution. Ownership of budget planning and regional strategy development creates exposure to unit-economics thinking (e.g., acquisition cost versus active supply) and to the operational discipline required when processes must remain consistent while markets differ. These are transferable capabilities across SaaS businesses with multi-region go-to-market or platform dynamics.
The role is best suited to a manager who prefers measurable outcomes, structured processes, and stakeholder-heavy collaboration. It will appeal to professionals who enjoy balancing local nuance with regional standardization, and who want a leadership track rooted in operational growth levers rather than purely commercial sales motions.
