Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Supporting a Chief Product Officer inside a SaaS company places this Executive Assistant role close to the operating system of product-led businesses: prioritisation, roadmap cadence, and cross-functional alignment. The listing signals regular interaction with product, engineering, and go-to-market stakeholders, plus coordination around launches and offsites—work that sits at the intersection of product operations and executive support rather than traditional admin coverage.
For a SaaS career, the durable value here is exposure to how product leadership converts strategy into execution through meetings, artifacts, and follow-up discipline. Managing calendars, travel, and communications at CPO level builds pattern recognition around decision-making rhythms, stakeholder management, and the mechanics of keeping distributed teams aligned. Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom also maps cleanly to modern SaaS operating environments.
This role suits an EA who prefers structured ownership—turning ambiguity into plans, tracking action items, and protecting executive time with sound judgement. It will likely appeal to someone who enjoys being a connector across functions, can handle confidential information with discretion, and wants proximity to product leadership without being on the product management track.

- 70130, New Orleans , LA, United States
Location: In-person | New Orleans, LA
Type: Full-time
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized, experienced, and personable professional to serve as the Executive Assistant (EA) to our Chief Product Officer. This role offers a unique opportunity to support a global product leader while contributing to the culture, operations, and overall effectiveness of our local team.
At Copado, the CPO operates at a strategic level driving the product roadmap and ensuring alignment across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams. We need an EA who can deliver exceptional logistical support while also acting as a force multiplier for the CPO’s time, focus, and strategic impact. As a fast-growing SaaS company, our product organization is evolving quickly, and this role requires someone who can adapt in a dynamic environment, help establish scalable processes, and support key initiatives such as offsites, product launches, and cross-functional programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CPO’s calendar: coordinate meetings, prioritize engagements, resolve conflicts, and optimize for strategic time.
Handle travel logistics (domestic and international): book transportation, accommodations, create detailed itineraries.
Process expense reports and reconcile financial documentation.
Triage and manage the CPO’s inbox: filter, draft, and follow up on emails.
Support occasional in-person events, meetings, and board or investor-related sessions including logistics, catering, and materials preparation.
Capture meeting notes and action items; track follow-ups and ensure accountability.
Coordinate cross-functional product leadership meetings, working with product managers, engineering, marketing, etc.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, ideally supporting C-level leaders in startup or high-growth environments.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Professional presence with the ability to interact confidently with senior leaders, visitors, and external stakeholders.
Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and basic financial tools (e.g., Concur, Expensify).
High level of discretion and trustworthiness — you’ll be handling confidential information regularly.
Proactive, flexible, and collaborative mindset; someone who takes ownership and gets things done without needing constant direction.
Why Join Us?
This role offers the chance to be part of something foundational — helping shape a vibrant,
collaborative, and growing hub in New Orleans. You’ll gain exposure to senior decision-making, influence the culture of the office, and play a key part in our continued expansion. For someone with the right blend of tact, initiative, and professionalism, this can be a deeply rewarding and high-impact position.
