### Why this Role is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Executive Assistant roles are often overlooked in SaaS, but they can be central operating leverage—especially in companies shipping product and platform capabilities like APIs alongside flagship applications. With Lightricks positioned as an AI-first business spanning research, product execution, and partner integrations, the EA remit sits close to the decision cadence that shapes roadmap, external relationships, and internal coordination.
For a SaaS career, this kind of seat provides durable exposure to how senior leaders allocate time across product priorities, investor and executive stakeholders, and operational follow-through. The work builds a practical understanding of cross-functional dependencies (HR processes, budget tracking, executive communications) that recur across SaaS companies as they scale systems, not just headcount. The habits developed—clarifying action items, maintaining accountability, and keeping initiatives moving—translate well into program operations, business operations, and chief-of-staff-adjacent paths within SaaS.
The section above is editorial commentary from The SaaS Jobs, provided to help SaaS professionals understand the role in a broader industry context.
