Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Marketing Operations roles sit at the intersection of revenue teams, data, and the marketing technology stack—core infrastructure in modern B2B SaaS. This fixed-term position is notable because it is anchored in a Marketing Operations Centre of Excellence supporting a multi-country EMEA remit, where consistent execution and governance matter as much as creativity. The emphasis on Marketo-led delivery, privacy standards, and regional stakeholder support reflects how enterprise SaaS marketing is operationalised at scale.
For SaaS professionals, this kind of remit builds durable operating leverage: translating campaign intent into repeatable processes, improving database health, and turning performance signals into decisions. Experience with segmentation, calendar governance, and cross-tool workflows (Marketo plus adjacent build and event tools) travels well across SaaS companies that run lifecycle and field marketing in parallel. The reporting component also strengthens the ability to communicate impact in metrics that sales and leadership recognise.
The role suits someone who prefers structured work, high attention to detail, and service-oriented partnering with marketers via a ticketing model. It will appeal to operators who enjoy being the “glue” between strategy and execution, and who want depth in marketing systems, QA, and regional enablement rather than pure campaign ownership.
The section above is editorial commentary from The SaaS Jobs, provided to help SaaS professionals understand the role in a broader industry context.

From campaign execution and segmentation to reporting and database health, you’ll be the operational engine behind our regional marketing success. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working as a true partner to field teams, enabling their programs to launch with impact and efficiency.
This role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract
What You'll Do:
Marketing Operations Support: Manage all incoming operations requests via our internal ticketing system, partnering with campaign and field marketing teams to deliver high-quality, on-time execution.
Campaign Build & Execution: Build and launch emails, landing pages, registration workflows (e.g., CrowdCasts, Splash pages, Knak) and follow-ups, ensuring flawless execution via Marketo.
Email Calendar Management: Own and maintain the Europe & META email calendar, collaborating across teams to optimize timing, prioritization, and segmentation strategy.
Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Collaborate with field and campaign marketers to define the right audiences, build accurate segmentation lists, and ensure strong campaign performance.
MarTech Expertise: Act as an advanced Marketo user (certified or working toward certification), with solid experience in Knak, Splash, and related campaign tools.
Reporting & Insights: Track and report on campaign performance (email metrics, marketable database trends, etc.) and present insights to regional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
Quality Assurance & Governance: Ensure all campaigns follow data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR) and internal governance practices.
Campaign Enablement & Excellence: Act as an operational consultant to regional teams—championing best practices, finding solutions, and helping marketers elevate their campaign execution.
What You'll Need:
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, or digital marketing roles in a B2B or tech environment.
Advanced proficiency in Marketo (Marketo Certified Expert strongly preferred or willingness to become certified).
Hands-on experience with Knak, Splash, Zoom, or similar tools.
Familiarity with Salesforce, 6sense, and segmentation tools is a plus.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ticket-based workflow.
A can-do attitude and collaborative mindset—comfortable being the go-to person for campaign execution and operational troubleshooting.
